The Charter Township of Van Buren, Wayne County, MI will receive bids for the demolition, removal, and disposal of all structures and appurtenances, including the principal dwelling, located at 50947 and 50955 S. I-94 Service Drive (Parcels 83-074-01-0028-006 and 83-074-01-0028-008). Bid forms and demolition work specifications are available at the Office of the Township Clerk, 46425 Tyler Road, Van Buren Township, MI 48111, from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday or on the Township website at www.vanburen-mi.org. Bids shall be submitted to the Clerk’s Office by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2024 and will be publicly opened immediately following the closing of the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and reserves the right not to award a contract. Van Buren Township is an equal-opportunity employer.
