The Environmental Department at Van Buren Township oversees all Township environmental services. The department oversees activities and regulations on Belleville Lake, French Landing Dam, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission agreement, landfill activities, trash & recycling, coal tar ordinance, and any other environmental-related programming or activities.
