The Van Buren Township Water Department is reintroducing its water meter changeout program in collaboration with Professional Meters Inc (PMI).

This is the same water meter upgrade that was started in 2021. Due to a product delay, the project was put on hold. 

If your water meter was changed out in 2021 as a part of the program, you would not need another change out. PMI will be completing water meter changeouts to homes that were not done during the project's first stage.  

PMI will handle the scheduling of appointments and the actual meter replacements. 
All PMI employees will be easily identifiable by their Van Buren Township contractor ID badges.

Postcards will be sent out in phases to residents.
